Summary: cclookup never finishes?

Initial Comment:
Downloaded the file 1000-Caravan.mp3 by Binary Beats, which
I found through the CC page (http://www.binarybeats.com/ambient/mp3/1000-caravan.mp3).

I dropped it on cclookup, it seems to stall with Status:
Working.

Opened it in Roxio tag editor, I don't see CC stuff in the
license so I think it should have come right back (although
I thought this was CC-licensed stuff).

I suspected a bug when there is no CC license item embedded,
but some other files work. Perhaps a malformed file causes a
problem?
