Summary: liblicense.0.4 - fix non-ll_* type names
Initial Comment:
This change set adds the ll_* prefix to to all liblicense.h
type names, so avoid colliding with type names already in
use in applications which may choose to use liblicense. The
rules is "all identifiers start with ll_" and
applies to all symbols used by the library, not just
function names.
