liblicense & Exempi 1.99.5 API breakage

Hi guys,

I released Exempi 1.99.5 yesterday with a small API / ABI
breakage.

Attached is a patch for liblicense against SVN to address
it.

I have also added the patch to my build in SuSE build
service.
The repository is at:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/hfigui

Cool! Hubert, could you file this as a patch on
http://sf.net/projects
/cctools just to make sure it doesn't get
lost...unless someone else can apply it who has commit
privileges and
time to test it out...there are several with the power!
pmiller? asheesh
(paulproteus) is in tokyo for 1.75 weeks...

It's true, I just woke up and do have to finish prepping for
this talk I'm 
giving in ten hours or so.  But I'll try to check in with
this shortly; 
the API bump seems to be a very good one.

I'll also see about bumping the Debian package when I get a
chance, 
hopefully soon.
