The are the exact negatives of each other. Each freedom
defines a right, 
and vice versa. (If you mean "rights to restrict",
which is the way that 
rights are worded in the CC licenses.)
So while being the exact opposites, they are defining the
same boundary, 
and I think that's what Björn wanted to express.
