No. The freedoms allowed under the NC license don't
extend to Bob's barn if he's not using that (or
another) CC license. That would pose an interesting
problem though, related to the fragmentation Kevin
brought up. If the BY-NC and ARR barns are built right
next to each other on the same land, who's responsible
for planting the tall hedges around the ARR barn so it
can't be viewed by the non-paying guests?
