I've just tagged telepathy-spec version 0.16.0. This new
stable release
corresponds to the version of Telepathy that will be
implemented by
Maemo 4.0 'chinook', and by version 1.0 of the One Laptop
Per Child.

API)
* Replaced the DTMF API
