iaxcomm on XP / how to answer

I had been making calls using the iaxcomm XP (windows)
solution for
over a year.   For the first time I received a call (I could
not
figure out what was ringing) and when I tried to answer I
could not
figure out how to pick up the call.
I suspect it is a silly question but I just can't figure out
how to
answer calls.
