Hello,
I've got a logitech quickcam wich works with ekiga (V4L) and
ubuntu.
After build iaxclient I tried to make some tests with
vtestcall and it
isn't able to start the webcam.
What I have to do?
Best wishes,

What model of QuickCam? 4000? 5000? Something else? Do you
know what
kernel driver is being used (pwc, uvc, etc)?

Also, knowing which version of iaxclient you are using would
be
helpful. Are you using 2.0rc2, the trunk, or something
else?

It is a quickcam messenger and not sure wich driver using.
Dmesg says
that when the cam is connected:
[27528.624000] usb 2-2: new full speed USB device using
uhci_hcd and
address 5
[27528.816000] usb 2-2: configuration #1 chosen from 1
choice
[27528.868000] videodev: "QCM USB Camera" has no
release callback.
Please fix your driver for proper sysfs support, see
http://lwn.net/Article
s/36850/
[27528.868000] drivers/media/video/usbvideo/usbvideo.c: QCM
on /dev/video0: canvas=320x240 videosize=320x240
[27528.868000] input: QCM button as /class/input/input13
The ekiga works at first without make anything with ubuntu
config.
This cam isn't mine and I wanted to buy a quickcam pro wich
is supposed
to work with uvc drivers under linux. It will be ok for
iaxclient?
