Use Dial(IAX2/iaxclient-host[:port]/exten[context])
Port ant context are optional as indicated by brackets.

The call starts from and extension, lets say SIP/333

SIP/333 wants to dial Paris(France), so dials 003315551234

The dialplan decides to transfer this call to my
"iax-to-skype" app which is
running on iax extension 100

So, how do I get asterisk to connect SIP/333 to IAX/100,
however telling
IAX/100 that I wish to be connected to
"003315551234" ..?

Maybe via a Iax text msg?
