The following package has been updated in the Cygwin net
release:
*** cygport-0.2.2-1
cygport is a new way to create Cygwin packages. More
information is
contained in the README, and a tutorial at the URL below.

You only need cygport if you're a package developer or
building
(upcoming) cygport-based Cygwin packages from source.
This version of cygport includes many new features, as well
as internal
changes. If you must upgrade while in middle of building a
cygport
package, do the following (after stopping cygport!):
$ mkdir foo-1.2.3-1/origsrc
$ mv foo-1.2.3-1/src/foo-1.2.3-orig
foo-1.2.3-1/origsrc/foo-1.2.3
