AC_CONFIG_SUBDIRS.
- - gst-plugins0.8.cygclass: support gst-monkeysaudio.
- - qt3.cygclass: new functions doqt3{inc,lib}, qt3pluginto,
doqt3plugin.
- - Bug fixes; code and build-system improvements.
