Updated: expat 1.95.8-2 (and new subpackage libexpat0)

Expat, an XML parser, has been updated in the Cygwin net
distribution to version 1.95.8-2.

This is a repackaging of the same version of Expat that was
previously
packaged, but with the DLL split out into a separate
package, to allow
for the upcoming ABI transition when Expat 2.0.0 is
packaged.

To update your installation, click on the "Install
Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web
page.  This downloads setup.exe to your
system.  Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
