New package: ii-1.3-1 -- Minimalist FIFO and filesystem-based IRC client

Irc it - a minimalist FIFO and filesystem-based IRC client.
It creates
an irc directory tree with server, channel and nick name
directories.
In every directory a FIFO in file and a normal out file is
created.

To install this package, click on the "Install Cygwin
now" link on the

page. This downloads setup.exe to your
system. Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
You'll find
the package listed in the "All" category. After
installation, read the
documentation at directories:

    /usr/share/doc/<package-version>/*
    /usr/share/doc/Cygwin/<package-version>.README
