Build from SVN trunk 2188 with Debian Sarge

I don't make install it, but use the "debian/rules
binary"  script to  
create .deb packages.
These I install after building.

Haven't got any problems building one sarge this way (with
2188!)

I have the same problem, I posted that some weeks ago.

That is a workaround I'd like to avoid because you have to
take care of
dependencies on your own.
pdebuild manages its own chroot where it downloads and
installs all
required dependencies automagically. Very useful tool.
