make fails with 2.1.7 and trunk 2214

FYI, I'm got libsieve 2.10 installed. Any help or pointers

dbmail-2.1.7 depends on libsieve-2.1.12 for sieve support.

You need to upgrade libsieve. Aaron released 2.1.12 last
weekend, and
dbmail depends on that version. And yes: configure should
check for
stuff like this.
