Does anyone out there know how to set up sasl authentication
via the dbmail
mysql database for sendmail 8.12 on a BSD system?
I have read the last part of this how to but it doesn't
seem to be working.

I am also using a full email address as the username in my
dbmail setup. I
would just like to be able to have sendmail authenticate
with the full email
address as the username and then their password.
