dbmail-2.0 doesn't support iso-8859-1 searches, only
us-ascii. This has been
fixed in svn-trunk and will appear in 2.1.4
dbmail does not support server-side threading at all!
That's why you get a BAD
response. Dbmail-2.2 will support thread=subject, and maybe,
maybe references.
