This can be done with SQL lookups or any other supported
lookup type 
(postconf -m) in your Postfix.

It can be done on a per-domain or per-account basis.  Read
the docs --  
Wietse is pretty thorough with it.  Each account can be
assigned a 
restriction class, with a default for those not assigned.
