Upgrading from 2.0.7 to 2.1.7. Please Help.

Greetings All,

We are currently running 2.0.7 with postfix, but lately we
have been  
having several problems and have been unable to find a cause
of them.  
We have decided to upgrade it possible to the latest
/stable/ version  
of dbmail to try and alleviate our problem. However after
doing some  
Googling and looking around I have been unable to locate any
howtos or  
guides on how to do this? Especially the database upgrade
for any  
structure changes etc.

One of the other problems we have been having is that
"random" words  
from emails being delivered get thrown into the
"host" field for the  
mysql connection for postfix, aparently this happening
because of a  
stray quote or similar character found in sql injection
issues cause  
it cause the sql query to become improperly formatted (if
anyone has  
any insight on this it would be appreciated).
