2.2_branch problem

I just installed dbmail_2_2_branch and when I go to start it
I get this 
error in the log

After deleting the old /etc/dbmail/dbmail.conf file and
reinstalling, 
there's no /etc/dbmail/dbmail.conf

So, I copied dbmail config file from the build directory I
am getting the 
same error?

Can someone post a bare minimum this file should contain?
