duplicated emails

In dbmail 2.2, maybe you could write a trigger that catches
the inserts
of the message-id in the header cache, compares the envelope
recipient,
and figures out if it's duplicate or not?  If it's a
duplicate, you
could likely just update the message status to 2 (and
possibly have to
recalculate quota/usage info?).
