Is it possible to block this user until he removes his out
of office
reply?

Install DBMAIL Administrator (http:
//library.mobrien.com/dbmailadministrator/) 
and you can do many-many things ;)

Setup your MTA to not delivery mail to this user
I use exim (as MTA) and can do _any_ things to block
delivery to/from user.

I think you misunderstood,

I get this reply when I send an email to the dbmail list!!
I can block this user's auto-reply but IMHO it is something
the list  
admin should do
considering it a misbehaving user.
