Run all the add_XXX scripts. After that, you need to run
dbmail-util -by
once.

For mysql yes! Starting 2.1.x myisam tables are deprecated.
Dbmail is
counting on the foreign key restraints provided by innodb.

Dbmail tries very hard to be charset neutral. Setting the
charset and
collation to match your typical usage pattern will affect
only SORT
afaik, and that's very likely just what you want.
