Anonymous 'Integration' items on the 2.3 development wiki

The following items were added without explanatory text to
the 2.3
development page on the wiki. Could someone explain what
these ideas are
about? I checked out the Alfresco web content manager, and I
have *no*
idea what an integration between Alfresco and DBMail would
be!
