It's only in the

The human readable part is already in dbmail_2_2_branch, but
the
dbmail-top utility is not finished yet. I encourage people
not to write
tools that depend exactly on the format of this file just
yet. More fields
will be added over time.
cat /var/run/dbmail-<foo>.state to see what's
happening.
