Logging level 3

As I understood, level 3 logging is for sysadmins?

Is it possible to get the lmtpd daemon to be a bit more
verbose on  
this level?
I'd like to get: messageid, physmessage_idnr,
user_idnr,alias and time

This helps checking if messages have arrived for a certain
customer.
