Marc was likely referring to a disk quota applied to the
'mysql' user who
probably owns all MySQL data on your system. If it were a
DBMail quota,
you would have seen mail logs stating that a message was
rejected for a
user being over quota, not MySQL errors indicating something
horribly
wrong.
Are you sure you are prepared to build an email system for
250 million
accounts? This is some pretty important, and basic, system
administration
information that you need to be aware of.
