That is so. I can't help with that though. Have no

Could anybody from the list please help out here?

I'm attaching the patch for 2.2.7, but it applies cleanly to
2.2.8 too. 
Don't know about the 2.3 series. There's a file named 
dbmail-2.2.7/sql/mysql/2_2_x-2_3_0.mysql, we need the same
thing but for 
postgresql and test it.
