Because dbmail uses serials for messages it is not that easy
if both
sites receive different messages which have to be synced.

It would be possible but require the same functionality
imapsync should
already support.

Hmm,
Looks like you guys should consider mysql clustering, this
should resolve
most of these kind of troubles.
