 I uncovered a serious bug in the insertion code that isn't
triggered by
the unit-test, but *is* by the delivery chain.

You will loose mail, and some mail won't have any headers.
I'm on it
(deep gmime voodoo).

So, please wait for 2.3.2 which I will release as soon as
this
particular problem will be solved.
