Mike, come on I have a db, I have dbmail installed,
Sorry, my fault, I should not have said create db. I meant
to say the
additional tables it might need.
Fact is I have a db in mysql and got dbmail running fine.
I have read your installation guide from top to bottom.
There are only 3 steps to it, I got the the http stuff
working, I got
the perl stuff installed, I have a db ;)
What else is there?
I add the dbMail db to DBMA but it wont accept the entry.
I only enter the dp part "Primary Configuration"
up to "Preset
Options" then I click on "commit DBMA
options" it comes back in a
fraction of a second displaying the default values again. I
also tried
entering all the values before clicking on commit ...
Is there a way that I can track at which execution it is
failing?
Not a big deal I have time, as long as you don't give up on
me.
Still working on building my box just finished eGroupWare
but I
haven't even started with the firewall, which is my
nightmare. Plus I
still need something for spam, Any good ideas? I am looking
in to
dspam and spamprobe right now, got a lot of reading to do.
