read only mailbox problem

Hello All,

I'm hoping someone can explain why I can delete my mailbox
named '01' 
despite the fact that I've set it to read-only. I should
mention 
however, that I can not delete anything inside the folder
(the desired 
affect).

I'm using 2.1.3.
