(For the first point, I thought it's an obvious analogy
with
Release/Reply since DEC_MAX_RC is non-zero. For the second
point, I
admit "trivial" may be a subjective word, but I
thought whether it's
trivial or not equally applies to Release/Reply and to
Decline/Reply).
