There haven't been any drafts yet...I'm referring to
informal
suggestions in the hall at the last DHC WG meeting.  XML
over
some TCP thing (I'm guessing HTTP GET) was Alain's
suggestion
(and people seemed to like the idea for different but
similar
purposes).  DNS, DHCPv6 over TCP, and you have to include
the
original leasequery draft as one.

There's 4 to my count, anyway.
