Indeed, it is more of a "social" problem than a technical one. To
questions asking "do you really want to do <stuff>", I answer
99.9 % of the time "yes, I haven't changed my mind in the last second".
If the question is "That will totally clear your inventory, please type
in ``yes do it'' if you really mean it", I might indeed change my mind.
