code of the 3gpp aac+ encoder/decoder on my website.

The command line syntax for encoding wav->aac+ is:
enhAacPlusEnc <wav_file> <bitstream_file>
<bitrate>
<(m)ono/(s)tereo>
enhAacPlusDec <bitstream_file> <wav_file>
<mode>
[error_pattern_file]
Hope that helps to implement the codec in darkice.
