    Hi all
 I'm tring to use darkice with icecast server  I need to get mic input and stream it to an icecast server but after succesfully compiled it  i get this  error message 
 
 >DarkIce: DarkIce.cpp:215: DarkIce not compiled with lame or >twolame support, thus can't connect to IceCast 1.x, stream: >icecast-0 [0]
 
 of course I havce install both lame and twolame using tar gz packages

when compile darkice use

$ ./configure --with-lame  

and the configure script search it on defaults libs (/usr)

or add 

--with-lame-prefix=/dir/where/lamelibs/are


you need "libmp3lame.so" on debian is on
/usr/lib/libmp3lame.so if you
installed dpkg "liblame-dev"
