CheckOnly command instructs to only cjeck present documnets
on remote servers, this disallow indexing of thos pages. It
ssems you need to comment out this commands.
If you would like regex-like pattern with AddType command
you should specify "regex" option explicitly,
ex:
AddType regex application/pdf \.pdf$
In MIME commands you should use $1 and $2 instead of $in and
$out respectively.
