Transparent ScrollBox

Ok, I see...
If you SendToBack BtnA then there is no problem, only when BtnA is behind it

I fooled around with the code some, but Im not sure how to figure it out
sorry...

2) Place a TransparentScrollBox(without aligning) so that part of

Bars are visible.
4) Run the programme.
5) BtnA can be seen part on TransparentScrollBox and another part on
the Form.
6) Now move the ScrollBars of TransparentScrollBox.
7) The part of BtnA inside the TransparentScrollBox moves as if BtnA is
broken.
