In answer to my last post, several people said that custom components 

cannot be used at design time.  Is this true just for the Turbo 

Explorer versions or the Pro versions too?  All of my apps depend on a 

number of custom components - both mine and 3rd party - which must be 

available during desing.  Hopefully, you were referring to Explorer.
