Cound not find installable ISAM

Hi!

I'm having problem with this code:
ADOTable1.ConnectionString := 'Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=C:myFile.XLS; Extended Properties=Excel 8.0;HDR=YES;Persist Security Info=false;';

Im getting a message 'Cound not find installable ISAM'.
I google the error, and found that it has something wrong with my registry .. Anyway, some people say it's the connection string error.. Can anyone here help pls ... thx in advance
