I have a delphi application and two translated dll's: An EN and a NL file. These files were made using Multilizer.

Although I have set within my configuration my coutry and regional settings to be dutch, as long as there is a EN file prensent, it will be used.

What determains that a localized dll will be used? I though that this is determained by my country settings, but there probably is another setting that triggers this behaviour.
Setting my country to be dutch within my application options will make no difference. I did not find a way to force to start using my native exe-language; only by deleting the EN-dll it will start native.

(pc settings: country and location is set to "Dutch" . Delphi application option is "Dutch" and de Multilizer mpr language setting (native and default) are also set to be dutch.).

Anyway, I'm out of ideas of what triggers this behaviour. Any suggestions will be welcomed.

Another question (bit off-topic although it could be related to the above problem): I have two differenT keyboard settings within my pc (dutch and usa); can this be set for all application or is this different for each application?

Regards
