There are a couple of options I can offer, but none use TMediaPlayer...

You can use DSPack from http://www.progdigy.com and play multiple
videos at the same time. You'll have to do the work to set things up,
but I expect you'll have little trouble.

You can buy a component from Datastead called TVideoGrabber
(http://www.datastead.com) that will also do what you want.

Mitov Labs (www.mitov.com) has a component set called VideoLab that
will let you do what you want, also. That's free for non-commercial
use. I haven't played with this one as much.

You can also import the Windows Media Player ActiveX control into your
Delphi environment and then put the WMP OCX onto forms. It works, I've
used it, but you're restricted in some ways, like not being able to
fill your intended video area if it isn't the same ratio as your video.

You've got lots of options. Good luck.
