I'm sorry but not totally understanding?
If the image is loaded directly into TImage it looks find while in the Delph IDE but if you load a picture while the Exe is running you get image problems?

This loads the bitmap but the images dithered/smudged/corrupted in

Is there a way around this problem / are there other controls out
there that do it better
