Thanks, Jacek, but you have piqued my interest. For Delphi 2005, I
have the 3 official updates on the borland site. What unofficial
updates are there? And if there are any, do they fix the horrible
instability of D2005? [see my previous posts.]

http://sourceforge.net/projects/fastmm/

http://www.micro-sys.dk/developer/articles/delphi-bds-customize.php

The final code from D2005 is faster with FastMM4 if your application does a
lot of operations on accessing/writing memory. It has also a replacer for
Borland IDE but I have problems with it while debugging. When exception
occours I want to see CPU window to track the bug. The problem is closing
CPU window - it's not possible until I restart Delphi, otherwise it shows
errors. Frankly saying buing D2005 Pro wasn't a good choice :( Now I'm
waiting for D2007 and I hope it will be as fast and as stable as D2006.

Regards,

Jacek
