We use developer express components (delphi7), but you will at least have to upgrade these components when upgrading to delphi 2007; Also, these components from developer express sometimes change in such a way that using them could differ. (propertynames / usage / events changed.
Some time ago we did investigate the possibibility of upgrading tot a newer delphi 2006 version, but we came accros these problems (changed names and usage) forcing us to do a 'major' refactoring to our code: we decided not to upgrade at that point.

We are planning to upgrade to Delphi 2007. I would like to know if
anyone in the group has worked on Delphi 2007 with the following

* Developer Express
* Decision Cube
* F1Book (available in "Samples" in D7)
We tried the trial version of Delphi 2007 and found that Decision Cube
and F1Book are not included as part of the IDE anymore !! Also, the
trial version does not allow installation of any custom component.
Since most of our projects are developed using the above, it is very
important for us to know (before upgrading) if we can continue with
these components in any way. I request anyone in this group who has
worked (or tried) on these in Delphi 2007 to share their experiences on
how easy / difficult it is.
