you only mentioned D6 one there so I'm still confused.

So do you guys really mean Delphi 2007, not D7? Maybe I need to take a a look at this.

delphi 7 is your best choice for next upgrade.. unless
there is something specific that you are really
wanting to do that D7 can not handle.. which you will
find .. D7 can do lots of things

Hello all,

All Delphi versions are good, it depends of your work

I still using (the very old) Delphi5 (enterprise version) (I
have Delphi7
too but downgraded to version 5)

 

If Codegear create a new Delphi version without MS runtimes
I will upgrade
to it… until then I still use “old” Delphi versions

(now I work all the time, before and after windows
updates…)
