Are you saying you're using OpenSSL as a static library?
Try running
depends.exe on qca-tls.dll just to be safe. Make sure
qca-tls.dll is in the
crypto folder in one of your Qt plugin paths. Also, you
might check the
Windows registry for Trolltech or Qt to see if the plugin
has been
blacklisted. I've seen Qt 4 do this, if a plugin fails to
load one time then
it will never load after that...
