QCA 2.0.0 SDK Improvement

When using QCA, if we have this:
CONFIG += no_keywords

in the configuration of our project, then we need to modify
qca_support.h 
(line 910) to make it compile.

Replacing 'signals:' by 'Q_SIGNALS:' will let any project
with any kind of 
configuration build it without having any errors.
