QCA plugin releases (Beta2)

The main five QCA plugins each have a new release:
2.0.0-beta2.  Website

The plugins now have a workaround for the "undefined
interface" compile bug.  
Additionally, qca-ossl has support for CertificateAuthority
(see recent 
thread).
